Assessing employee attitudes
The MS and Ph.D. students at UT Arlington are busy this semester working on an employee opinion project as part of the I/O program's course requirements. The main goals of the project are to allow the students the opportunity to consult with a local organization on a real world issue and to provide an organization with data and information related to the current work environment. Organizations that have previously worked on similar projects with our students are the City of Dallas, the City of Kennedale, Oxy Petroleum, UT Arlington's Office of Information Technology, and NCH Corporation.
